Welcome to Techeffic. These Terms & Conditions govern your acquisition and use of our automated and scalable travel technology suites, cloud architectures, and dedicated business optimization platforms. By deploying our enterprise software, you unconditionally agree to these terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Your entry, configuration, or utilization of any Techeffic dashboard or API engine signifies your binding contractual consent to be governed by these operational frameworks. If you are operating on behalf of a corporate entity, you affirm you hold the necessary sovereign architectural authority to bind such legal entity.
3. Eligibility
The Techeffic software suite is strictly designed and engineered for validated business entities and registered commercial operators. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and hold active legal standing in your operational jurisdiction.
4. User Accounts
To utilize our high-concurrency booking engines, sub-agents and corporate bookers must establish secure system profiles. You are fully responsible for the protection of API credentials, database keys, and programmatic secrets.
5. Use of the Platform
Programmatic queries must strictly follow our published rate-limiting policies. Scraping, indexing, or load-testing our production GDS nodes without pre-authorized architect validation is strictly prohibited.
6. Services
Techeffic delivers modular B2B travel suites, flight optimization modules, hotel mapping structures, and secure multi-currency ledgers. Maintenance events on core GDS links are scheduled with secondary backups active.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and use the platform only for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for the actions of all users accessing the platform through your account.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform to engage in fraudulent activity, distribute malware, interfere with system performance, or attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas of the platform.
9. Payments and Fees
Fees are due upon invoice and may vary based on usage volume, subscription tier, and regional taxes. Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.
10. Intellectual Property
All software engines, patented algorithms, smart route query structures, and UI frameworks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Techeffic and our technology partners.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of external content, and your use of such services is subject to the terms of the respective provider.
12. Availability of Services
We strive to maintain high availability, but scheduled maintenance, unforeseen downtime, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect platform performance.
13. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Techeffic be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Techeffic, its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms.
16. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or posed a risk to the security or integrity of the platform.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
