Sales Team Full-Time

Technical Sales

Cairo, Egypt Experience: 3+ years Posted: September 2026
Overview

About the Role

We are hiring for Technical Sales to take our platforms to market — the Travel Suite (B2C, B2E, B2B, Charter and the Extranet), Omni Channel, the Accounting System and HR. You sit between the client and the engineers: running discovery with travel agencies, airlines and corporate travel teams, shaping the solution with the people who will actually build it, and carrying the deal from the first call to signature.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Own the full cycle on our platforms: qualification, discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation and close.
  • Run technical discovery with agencies, tour operators, airlines and corporate travel teams, and turn what you hear into a scoped solution.
  • Demo the Travel Suite, Omni Channel and the Accounting System live, and answer the technical questions in the room.
  • Write proposals, SOWs and RFP responses with the engineering leads, so what gets sold is what can be built.
  • Keep the pipeline and the forecast honest in the CRM — no deal further along than it really is.
  • Be the client's voice internally: feed real objections and gaps back into the product roadmap.
  • Carry integration conversations — APIs, GDS/NDC suppliers, payment gateways — to the point where engineering takes over.
  • Represent Techeffic at travel and technology events across the region.
Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years selling software — SaaS, enterprise platforms or systems integration — with deals you can talk through end to end.
  • Comfortable in a technical conversation: APIs, integrations, data flows and deployment models, without needing to write the code.
  • Able to run a discovery session that ends in a scoped requirement instead of a wish list.
  • Strong written English and Arabic — proposals and RFP responses go out in both.
  • CRM discipline: the pipeline is current because you use it, not because someone asks.
  • Willing to travel within the region for client meetings and events.
Bonuses

Nice to Have

  • A travel industry background — agency, tour operator, airline or OTA.
  • Familiarity with GDS/NDC, channel managers, or payment gateways.
  • Experience selling into MENA and the Gulf.
  • Pre-sales or solution-architect experience.
Culture & Process

How We Work

Sales is not separated from the build here. You bring engineers into the calls that need them, and what you promise is agreed with the people who will deliver it — so no deal closes on something that cannot ship. Pipeline is reviewed openly rather than defended, and the gaps you hear from clients go straight into the roadmap discussion.
